Letrozole with no trigger?

Hi ladies, I'm 34 and TTC #1 for about 2.5 years. We have unexplained fertility but my husband has had high viscosity and some mobility issues but they're borderline. We've had a few chemical pregnancies but nothing sticks. This cycle we're doing 5mg of letrozole cd 3-7 without a trigger. Has anyone used letrozole w/o a trigger? Any success? Did you ovulate naturally on your own?

I'm also almost 34 and we've been trying to conceive for 3 years now. I was on clomid for 5 cycles. The first cycle I got pregnant but then I miscarried. I have a ovarian cyst almost every month so I haven't been able to take back to back cycles of fertility. This month my doctor switched me to letrozole, but with no trigger shot. I just got a positive ovulation so fingers crossed the change in medication works! Good luck to you!

5mg on cycle days 5-9 
Currently on cd 7

I’m taking the same meds and I ovulate on my own as well. I’m on my second round of Letrozole and AF is due 11/20/17... I hope this time my baby sticks. I’ve had chemical/early miscarriages since April of 2007. Yes that’s a long time .... the funny thing is that we have a son already that’s about to be 12 years old next month. Crazy right?! Our bodies are so uniquely made...🤦🏾‍♀️

I’m on 2.5mg of letrozole no trigger shot. I’m going through my gyn instead of RE. I don’t ovulate on my own and have irregular periods. So 3 rounds of 2.5 till she moves me to 5mg. Hoping this second round works.

This was my first month on letrozole, same days as you. I️ was getting positive lh surges at home, but my RE still had me use a trigger shot. We had an IUI not timed sex.

I am on Letrozole and have had the trigger twice and nothing. I just finished a round of Letrozole without the trigger and I ovulated on my own,  but didn't happen this month either :( x
