Waiting on CD 1...question.

So I got my Femara yesterday and was told to wait for calendar day 1. It just so happens today I woke up to pee and when I wiped, there was blood! Yaayyy!! However. I cannot schedule anything or take anything till I have an actual flow. My last cycle in May (yes, I'm super irregular. I have pcos.) was only me wiping blood for like a week. Never a real flow. Anyone else have this issue? I don't wanna screw up my timing.

Any input or advice would be truly appreciated!!
