BFP needing some guidance

Hey guys. Looking for some support. I had a complicated D&C; on June 28th. It was a traumatic end to my first pregnancy. I never got my period so I tested a couple weeks ago which resulted in a very faint positive. I retested this week and got a clear positive. I've been having some very light spotting on and off and know it's nothing to worry about but I can't help it. I also have no idea how far along I am since I never got my period. Would love to hear some positive stories and maybe some guidance.
