Twins possibility?

So I'm only around five weeks and a couple days but my belly is big. Looks like further along could this be because I'm carrying twins? Or is it common to be bloating although it don't feel like bloating I'm hoping it is! Twins would be so much I would be happy either way but you know....

If you're 5 weeks, the baby is what - the size of an apple seed or sesame seed or something? The baby, even if it's two, is ticked SO far inside and so LOW, you wouldn't NOT be showing yet. However, bloating in early pregnancy can be rough! Like in Willy Wonka:
