I need advice

I had sex for the first time on August 3 my last period was July 15th-20th. as of right now my period is 5 days late I have a pretty normal cycle but I did miss it June. I'm scared I might be pregnant. I can't have a child at this point of my life so I'm wondering if anyone knows of natural at home abortion methods that are safe to do. I can't go to a clinic and I can't go a pregnancy test (my parents are overly protective of me) please someone help
