I am going through a miscarriage, and at first it was an on off bleeding, and then stayed. Last Saturday I passed a lot of clots and blood with a lot of cramps. Then the whole week I was okay, mild to no cramps, and light brown discharge with a bad odor, with small bits of brown clots. Then tonight I laughed and felt a bunch of blood come out, and I went to the bathroom and the toilet was bright red again. Should I be concerned, normal, ask doctor? My follow up appointment is on Friday.
