Evening Primrose oil question for those of you who have consumed during pregnancy!
Ok so I started taking them 2nights ago.
First night I did 1 vaginally
Second night I decided 1 morning and 1 at night BOTH ORALLY all that leaking overnight was not worth vaginal insertion lol
Third Night (tonight) I took one in the morning and one just now BUT I was wondering if I can up it and take 1 more now being 3 pills 1 day...
1,000mg per pill btw
