im so bothered by it lol. what is this? it popped up during pregnancy. im 39weeks now.

looks like a mole to me.

It looks like a cherry angioma.  They just pop up spontaneously during pregnancy.  I got a couple.  Have your Doctor check it to be sure.  If that is it, then it is harmless, but be warned that if you accidentally pop it, that thing will bleed like crazy!

That looks like a mole but it's not usual for them to just pop up. Maybe try to get into the dermatologist to have it checked out. 
In the meantime keep an eye on it to be sure it doesn't change shape or size and that part of it doesn't get darker than the rest.
