Showering After Sex
I’ve read some preconceptions about how to lay after sex, what positions to use, to pee or not to pee all while trying to conceive. I’m prone to UTI’s and usually shower after sex, but am concerned it’ll cause a complication with the spermies getting to my egg.
What do y’all suggest? Shower after sex? Lay with legs up?
