Insomnia has hit me, anyone else?

I am exhausted like my eyeballs hurt I'm so tired but I can't sleep for the life of me for the past 2 days. With my last baby the same thing happened, I slept about 4 hours in 3 days and went into labor and boy let me tell you not sleeping on top of giving birth I was dead to the world.

Try taking a Benadryl. I take one sometimes when I'm desperate but can still only sleep 4-5 hours a night with it. Way better than hardly sleeping at all though

Suggestion: 
Try having sex with your SO. 
My pregnancy insomnia had me up all week and most of the weekend. Sex for me right now is no fun, but man I slept like the dead last night.

Same here mama. I started using some lavender oil on my pillow and bottoms of my feet early in pregnancy and it helped. Now, at 38w it's helping a little less but I also started sleeping with the tv on (which keeps me up so I'm kind of doing it to myself lol). Try a warm bath before bed and disconnecting from all your devices...might help!

it's the worst. 37+5. laid in bed until 530am then finally fell asleep.until 830am and have been up for the day ever since. worried about being exhausted before the labor! I know I need the rest now but just can't sleep or get comfortable

I woke up at 2:30am the other day with a strong urge to clean out under my kitchen sink 😜 couldn't get back to sleep after that.
