I wouldn't focus too much on symptoms, you'll drive your self crazy. Most pregnant women don't have symptoms until after missed period anyway.

10 DPO is very early try again after your missed period. Symptoms do not make a pregnancy just because you are having some symptoms it could just be your PMS symptoms many don't experience actual pregnancy symptoms until after their missed period. 
I didn't until 8 weeks. I wouldn't say your out yet until you try again after your missed period.
