TTC still missing that second line!

So I have been ttc for 2years with 4 miscarriages. I had a few surgeries to correct my agressive ascus cells and now have the go ahead to get pregnant. I tracked my ovulation with test strips and now its 10dpo and I am constipated, bloated, having hot flashes and peeing all the time yet still a negative ( testing with first signal)! hoping I can find some ladies that have had or are having this same issue so that I can understand it better. I am now worried I have to wait another month which is so hard.
