My 3rd attempt at IVF is now an IUI...

I'm really REALLY trying to be positive and hopeful. Someone tell me how even after a bunch of failed IUIs one actually worked. Because right now I'm having a hard time focusing on anything except how my best chance at having a baby truly is never going to happen.
