If your 30th birthday went by and it was just treated like any other birthday would you be mad?

The only birthday I ever cared about was my 16th. lol I wanted my crush to call in one of those sweet sixteen songs on the local oldies station and waited around all day listening for it, but no dice. The fact that he probably didn't know I was alive was almost certainly a factor. 😂

lol no one owes me anything so why would I be mad. it is just another birthday in my eyes. I only cared about my 21St and my husband made it super special and fun.

I consider birthdays a huge celebration of life! Another year blessing, a wonderful gift!! I don't really need or expect anyone else to feel the same way, and I don't need them to enjoy it! I even celebrate for people who try to blow off their own birthdays. "Listen here you beautiful b*tch, you may not be happy your alive today, but I am!!!! " ( cue obnoxious hugs ) 😋

I am throwing a surprise party for my husband this weekend for his 30th. I feel like depending on where we are next year for mine (hopefully pregnant) I might be ok with something small. All I would really want is ice cream cake.

by 30 it's just another bday to me. I rarely celebrate my bday anyways all of my milestone bdays(16, 18, 21) I did nothing for them at all. for the most part its just dinner with the family for bdays.
