Based on my CM, would you say I have already ovulated? *TMI warning

I had an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> done 4 days ago. Experienced egg white CM for several days before. Getting major and constant cramps all day today with this CM. Any opinions? Is it worth it to have sex tonight again?
