Is it true you just know when you're pregnant?

After all these symptoms: Nausea, Cramping, Gas, Food Aversions, and Switching between hot and cold, I feel like I'm definitely pregnant. Currently at 7 DPO!

I just "knew" I was pregnant the month I was, but I had also thought that before and been wrong.

a lot of people swear they are to later get BFN so not always. I had a really strong feeling I was pregnant this month just because of the insane increase of cm on ovulation. I'd never had THAT MUCH before. Didn't have any other symptoms other than headche and bloat. And sure enough I got my BFP later on. Fingers crossed for you

I never felt it...in fact everything happened as it normally does every cycle.  Spotted about 4 days before my period, but when the day came it didn't actually start.  I started to feel symptoms around 6 weeks.  Everyone is different and some people are more in tune with their bodies!
