Have both blocked tubes, although my gynaecologist not convinced we can't have natural conception as in my laparoscopy I passed a tiny amount of dye.

I'm due for tubal surgery next month has anyone had this done? And what was the outcome? They will be removing tubes if they can't be fixed and am so apprehensive.
