After struggling with depression and self-harm for several years I can finally say I have been clean from cutting for a full year now!!!
I am so proud of myself!!!
Finally I am getting back on track and starting to enjoy my life again.
As you can see from the second photo, I couldn't be happier and my world seems a much brighter and positive place
As always I will offer support to ANYONE in need of it!!!!!
