No heartbeat heartbreak

We are 14 weeks 6 days today. We've seen baby so many times. Heart rate always in the 170's. baby looked perfect every scan and you could get a HR with a Doppler. Then today when we thought we might get a peek at what we were having we where told the baby no longer has a heartbeat. We just sat there... looking at this beautiful baby on the screen that looks like a baby. Last time we saw it a week ago it was kicking and flipping and sucking it's fingers. We saw it doing so much last time and today it was just laying still nothing. We waited forever and found out we have to have surgery to remove the baby. We had told our older children since we were out of the danger zone. Our work doesn't count this as a loss of life so my SO has to go to work all week and we have to keep our fingers crossed he can even take me for surgery. I'm not allowed to dive myself. I'm still in disbelief. It was so healthy. It was perfect and we were out of the danger of miscarriage. We had seen the baby 4+ times I was starting to feel movement and today it's just all gone.
