Calling people retarded is not okay.

I have a mommy page I've liked on Facebook and one mommy was showing her daughters food because she had a blister and wanted advice another mom came out to ask her is she was freaking retarded because she painted her daughters toe nails and went on the claim her daughter won't be healthy and such I just hate bashing mamas but I also hate people using that word like it should be an insult
