yeast infection

my vagina has been itchy lately so i looked it up on the internet and it said i have a yeast infection but i didn't want to get too worried but i just went pee and i had white discharge on my underwear. so now i feel like i really do have a yeast infection but i don't know how i got it, i don't have sex, i shower and change my underwear everyday, but i'm only 15 and i don't know how to get rid of it and i don't feel comfortable talking to my mom about it which sucks because i never really talk to her about things like this. i need some "at home" remedies. 😩
