what to do?
my af was supposed to start on 8/20. when i went to the bathroom and wipe i seen a little blood like spotting and no more since there and i was taking vitex the 410mg 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. did it mess my system up??? what should i do? but a friend told me to stop taking vitex because i was ovulating without it because my bbt was going up and down
