HOW THE HECK is a first response this positive when my hcg is only 4?!?

I had my hcg drawn on the same day this test was taken. My hcg is a 4. I have taken multiple tests with different urines so I know this isn't just a false positive. According to my doc, anything below 5 is negative for pregnancy yet first response says I'm pregnant 🤔

I've heard if you have the hormone you're pregnant. Your body doesn't produce it until implantation occurs..I used to work for a fertility clinic and that's what they told me while I was working there.

That looks very positive. You're supposed to take hcg 5 days apart twice to see if it's growing in number, could possibly be a chemical pregnancy.
