Yeast infection! Please help me!

So I’ve had a yeast infection before, but it seems that being pregnant is making them 100 times worse! I’ve used all of the over the counter things, and made my own paste out of coconut oil and tea tree oil, seems to help for a short period of time, but no relief! Please help me!!
