I've been trying to look this up but can't seem to get a straight answer, so hopefully some of you have some insight. So I'm ttc, and have very regular periods, but I don't think I'm ovulating. I haven't tested, but I never get ewcm so I don't think I am. My cm pretty much stays watery. I'm also overweight so I know that doesn't help. I've been thinking about taking vitex because I've read good things about it helping people ovulate but I'm worried it would mess up my regular cycles. Any advice or experiences?
