fertility Doctors

My husband and I habe been trying for out 1st for almost 2 years now. we habe been together for 14 years and really want this to happen soon. We can not get into see a fertility Doctor until October. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they ask you to do or keep track of? I keep track of my periods and the times we have sex on an app. I want to make sure we are doing everything that we can and I can be prepared when we see them. My husband and I habe both had multiple test done by our family physician, but nothing has come out of it. it is now out of her hands and into the hand of the specialists. Any advice would be great!
