problem 30 in appointment title....

so a little back story, I'm 29, been trying to get pregnant for awhile but the last 2 times I was pregnant ended in miscarriage, one at 6 weeks, the 2nd at 8 weeks and the baby ended up having turner syndrome. so I fell pregnant again, we weren't trying this time, I peed on a stick on Aug 15, 5 days before my missed period. it came up positive, called my obgyn she had me come in for blood work on the 17, came back positive, but the dr wants me to come in to talk and the title is problem 30. what in the world does this mean? esp since my job might not let me take off due to being short staff....im going to go crazy trying to figure this out. anyone have any previous experience or any idea what this could mean?? I'm not sure If this belong in this section but im so lost right now.
