Can anyone explain how the differ in terms of the way they feel?

When i got pregnancy cramps I also felt hot and clammy. 
Period cramps are usually just painful for me
Everyone's different tho. 
Are you tracking your Temps? 
Here's hoping it's a sign of a BFP for you (if that's what your hoping for)

pregnancy cramps are not as strong. theyre more dull

Feels the same to me. I though I was about to start around Easter because of cramps.. nope.  Got a bfp Easter morning 😀😀
