Epidural question ?

Do you feel the ring of fire even with epidural ? 
If the Dr has to cut you down there or if you have a tear will you feel it ? 
I'm just terrified of birth 😩😩😩

I felt no pain with my epidural. I could feel the pressure of the contractions and having to push but nothing else. Watched the Dr stitch me up too and felt nothing. It was amazing!

I had an epidural but I pushed for so long(2 and a half long hours!)😳 it wore off by the time I pushed my son out I didn't feel the ring of fire, but I did feel them stitch me up I had a minor tear but it did hurt a little bit but honestly I was so overwhelmed having my baby boy in my arms and I was EXHAUSTED so I didn't really pay attention I told her I could feel it but she said she was almost done so she did it quick and all pain was gone after that.

I didn't feel it . Loved not feeling it. Pushing was the easiest part for me

I honestly didn't even feel the ring of fire without an epidural. I think I got lucky. 😳😳😳

My first pregnancy I felt the ring of fire along with being stitched up, but that is because my epidural stopped working so they shut it off 😩😩 My second pregnancy I felt nothing AT ALL. I even watched them sew me and was amazed at how different it was to have a working epidural lol
