Tonight I've had about 3 or 4 episodes where my tummy was painful, so in the interest of sleep I tried to turn over but the pain made it too hard to move. Each time it lasted for about a minute and when I could change position it would ease it, however the last one I couldnt move at all. The pain stretches across my pelvis area, never going above my hips or down my legs. Could it be baby moving and pinching a nerve, bh contractions or actual contractions? 36 weeks pregnant
