Awkward sleeping position...

My 9 month old little angel has been getting in an awkward position while sleeping... she sits up and bends forward and sleeps that way. I go in and move her when I'm up and notice it but I'm worried she does this while I'm asleep at night and I won't be there to move her. It drives me crazy!! I'm afraid it's a bad position for her, and I'm also afraid it will make it hard for her to breathe which seriously scares me!

Does anyone else's baby ever sleep like this? And can it suffocate her? You can't see really well since the slats are in the way, but here's a picture of her sleeping sitting bent forward.
