I have three scars on my "side boob" from a video assisted thoracotomy back at the beginning of February. Long story short, two failed biopsies got me to that point and the final diagnosis was a very rare form of fungal pneumonia. Then I got pregnant near the end of March (with my doctor's permission.) But now these fully healed scars are aching and I don't know how to make it stop. I need help - this hurts and nobody I know has suggestions.

Things that used to work, but I can't take during pregnancy: Ibuprofen, valerian root, aleve, menthol/aspirin rubs.

Things that make it worse: bras, camis with shelf bras, stretching to reach a high shelf, rain/storms, cold, driving, sweating (one scar is in a skin fold and chafes)
