What could this be
Yesterday wiped and had very very light pink blood on toilet paper. Past couple weeks been feeling nauseous and bad headaches... lately its still the same but also now having bad back pain and abdominal pain. Idk if its my period never had anything like this where i wipe and its very watery blood with stringy blood and almost no blood on my pad... took a test last week but it was negative...
