Hello, I'm 18 years old and I've been reading up on using menstrual cups. I have a very heavy flow period and I hate having to switch tampons and pads every couple of hours, not to mention the money spent. I especially hate going to sleep on my period, I have to use a tampon and two overnight pads to prevent any leaking. So after reading about how good cups are I've been wanting to try one but what I'd like recommendations as to which kind to buy for a first time user
