First cup experience
Wow, I'm on day 4 of my period. First experience with menstrual cups & I don't ever want to go back!!
Barely any pain or cramps. It looks like I've stopped bleeding already too. Only spotting today (day 4), I usually bleed for 5-7 days!
Highly recommend them.
