Wow what a quick birth
Wow what a quick birth!
I am pretty sure I hold the record at my hospital now for this incredibly fast birth!
I had irregular contractions and spotting at 39 weeks so I was in hospital being monitored. Luckily I was there. I went from zero pain contractions to pushing my crying baby out within 20 minutes.
This was not my birth plan at all. I wanted a pain free pleasurable birth instead I got a mentally scaring natural birth with zero pain relief. The pain came on so quickly and so suddenly and so excruciating that I was absolutely terrified.
I still feel guilty for not feeling completely bonded immediately. But by 4 hours later I was completely smitten by him!
I'm still in shock can't believe how quickly it all happened!
