Test question. feeling stupid

I am almost 4 weeks out from a d/c. Last Friday Dr took hcg levels and they were 24. I am supposed to go back in this Friday to test again but could not wait and took a hpt. I got this positive. with hcg at 24 or lower do you think it would look like this? I'm having some symptoms but I just don't know
