LADIES I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE!!

Hey so update! My ex showed up at my house yesterday saying sorry and everything and he told me he lied about posting my picture online on his ig but now he is forcing me to get back with him and he says if I don’t , he’ll call my mom or he’ll tell his mom to call my mom and tell her everything about us! Which is completely ridiculous and childish! I don’t know how his mom got in this and he told me he’s certified bipolar as of yesterday! Please help! Thanks so much . This is completely urgent , please help
