Dairy Free Meals?

Question

So, my doctor has me on a strict no dairy diet for 4 weeks. Usually, whatever I cook has some form of dairy in it.. also, I suck at making normal "meals". I would so very much appreciate it if anyone could give me some dairy-free recipes and meals to try. Thanks in advance!

Go to YouTube and search "vegan what I eat in a day" or try to check out "thrivingonplants" YouTube page. There's tons of completely dairy free nutrient dense recipies.

Replace milk with oat or cashew  or almond milk. No need to buy something if you've got a high powered blender just chuck some cashews (or oats) in with water and salt or honey to taste.

Replace cheese in recipies with "nutritional yeast" (it's amazing & comes by Amazon in a day)

Another replacement for cheese is just to blend cashews, nutritional yeast, & some seasonings with a bit of almond milk or water (just a tiny bit to get the blender going) ... I add chipotle powder and make "nacho cheese"... yum!

You'll be great! I haven't touched dairy in years and I've never been healthier & my little one is coming in January 💕🌱.

Easy way to make salad dressings- get a blender. Nuts, seeds, fruit, peppers, anything for whatever type of flavour you're going for. A good pasta sauce even could be sundries tomatoes and fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, onion, paprika, spices.. my favorite raw vegan dressing is tahini + citrus + water. Avocados are Great! Coconut milk is creamy and works for baking and making curries.
