confusion who's the responsible one or is it mutual.

so I got off my birth control in June because I was bleeding like no other never had a regular period. which btw I was on nexaplon implant. I decided I've been almost on all kinds of birth control except an iud. anyways my SO knows I'm not on birth control but every ones in a while when he does decide to give up sex he doesn't pull out we were using condoms and haven't bought any recently. he is acting like it's my responsibility to provide the condom... should he be buying them since he is the one with the dick not me?? anyways I keep track of when we have sex and when my periods are, on this app. I have 2 kids one with him and another when an ex. a 4yr daughter and 18 month old son.. I unfortunately lost my job recently but don't mind the stay at home mom thing for a min. but I don't get the credit for that either. any ways he know he acting like well if u want sex then u have to buy condoms. why me? he is the one with the dick shouldn't he be the supplying that. I feel like he is playing mind games so if I do end up pregnant it will be that I apparently planned it or something. I need advice help me
