Boob Growth

I started puberty very young, around the ages 8 and 9 and imediately I started growing boobs. However, I am now 13 and my boobs are still the same size as what they were when I was 9. They are still pointed and I'm worried about them staying like this. I understand they will still grow through to my 20's but I don't want them to grow slowly. Is it normal for them to be like this? I started my period when I was 11 so I've had it for 2 years but where are my boobs??😂
