I'm trying to figure out how i got such an early BFP. my last period was july 19th. first time we had sex was july 26. i got a positive test august 8. that seems wayyy too soon.... and i took 3 other tests including digital: all positives. any thoughts or similar stories???

If you ovulated early (the 26th, which could totally happen) you have 13 days till the 8th of August, which will be a perfectly ok day to get your BFP, taking into consideration that usually you take the test on day 14.

it happens. with my 3rd we had sex the day I ovulated and 7 days later I tested positive with a faint line that we could barely see but it was there, a couple of days later my OB confirmed it. he was surprised I caught it so early but I just knew I end up pregnant because I was ovulating the day we had sex.
