Nervous to tell families about baby #2!

We just found out we are expecting baby #2 at the end of April 2018 ( although I'm already betting it will be a may baby!) we currently have a 15 month old who my mother in law and mom watch during the week while my husband and I work. I am nervous to tell them about baby #2 because I am afraid they won't be able to help us out anymore, I know a 2 year old and a newborn will be a lot of work! And it tear up just thinking about having to consider daycare! Any suggestions? Am I being crazy?
