Help Sleeping
I've always had trouble sleeping at night, I'm a much better day time sleeper, but I've always been able to at least catch a couple solid hours during the night. I'm currently at 17 weeks, I've been super stressed about a lot of things going on and my depression has been in full swing. I haven't even been able to catch a couple solid hours lately. I just want to sleep. Any suggestions are welcome. I just want to try everything before talking to my doctor about it.
