TTC trying to loose some weight before BFP!

I am 27, 5'4" and want to lose some weight before I start gaining the baby weight. I used to be 130lbs before I had my IUD inserted. I started to gain weight with it and had read this was common. I still kept it thinking it wasn't too bad and loved not having a period. Fast forward 4 years and I removed my IUD last month and I am 160lbs. I walk every weekday for 1hr. Have been doing it for 4 months now. Usually walk with my daughter but now that school is starting I might be able to go faster and try other things. I have a treadmill at home and used to hit 15k steps a day until this month my back started acting up. I have 3 herniated discs and are trying for baby #2. I also want to lose weight to make it easier on my back but don't want to hurt it while exercising. I want to be stronger too. I usually eat fruits and vegetables, meat and pasta or rice. I have been good with portions and try not to eat too many processed foods, eat out and such. I don't drink soda at all (maybe twice a year) but usually because there is nothing else. I haven't lost any weight yet and I want to know what would be the best exercises to do at home. I don't have any friends so going to the gym really bores me and don't like people looking at me. If you guys have any suggestions please let me know. I want to lose those 30lbs before December but I know thats a hard goal. Please help me out!!!
