I think you may be referring to a squat rack, but you can easily work on your glutes at home. Squats are a good start, weighted squats, hip thrusts, walking lunges etc...
trying new things at the gym
so i go to this gym sometimes 3 times a week other times 1 time a month if i'm lucky😂 anyways i wanted to start weight lifting but for my butt, idk what it's called but yeah i just know that all the buff guys r over in that area and i'm to scared to go over especially sense idk what or how to do it. any advice? i could take my brother but idk if that would be weird or if he would even help me or just leave me by myself
