I'm 11 weeks 5 days and I've got such awful pain. Making me feel sick. Feels like strong period pains or even the start of labour. If I'm going to miscarry how long will it take to start bleeding when having pains? My pain has been there since about 4pm and it's just getting more uncomfortable..

Don't worry yourself to much unless your bleeding ..! try googling about awful cramps during pregnancy so you can see the positive things about the cramps and feel better .!! 💚

Thinking about a miscarriage should be the very last thing on your mind ... if this is your first pregnancy then your uterus is stretching out for the baby to grow and that causes the cramps ... they can strike at any time throughout your pregnancy to be truthful ... the cramps can get really bad at times but try not to think about the bad & think about the good ... like those horrible wicked cramps are coming from your healthy baby growing & stretching it out to become your adorable handsome little man or beautiful princess ... 💖💙💖💙
