Taping is amazing it helped so much with my round ligament pain I used KT tape and bought it at big 5. You have to tape yourself up correctly tho in order to truly work.

I have! 💁🏼 it definitely helped me a lot! It helped with the belly weight and reduce the back pain. I have two crushed disks in my lower lumbar and I couldn't find a support belt that was comfortable. This definitely helped me!
