I'm panicking here, ladies! I had a fever of 100.78 (38.1 C) and diagnosed with Pharyngitis. I'm worried for my baby! I had the fever for 24 hours and it's down to 98.78 (37.1 C) I have pharyngitis where I'm trying to cure by gargling apple vinegar and water. Unfortunately it still didn't go away and now I have stuffy nose.

My major concern is how did fever affect my baby. I just read that fever over 100.5 is dangerous for our fetus. My fever was over 100.5 for over 24 hours! Please help!
