Hello ladies,

First month using opks and trying for baby so trying to get the hang of it all.

8/22 - positive OPK at 3pm and then again at 9pm

8/23 - positive OPK around 1:30pm

8/24 - negative OPK around 2:00pm

I know I can stop testing after the first but since it's my first month of a normal cycle after BC I just wanted to see how long surge lasted for. Since my surge lasted two days (8/22 and 8/23) and OPK was negative today. What day should I consider as ovulation day? 8/23?
